The menu for the 40th Double Crown Club Dinner, which was chaired by John Johnson and held at the Cafe Royal on 6 December 1933.

The menu was designed by Holbrook Jackson, illustrated using silhouettes designed by Ernest August Potuczek and Edwin Hunter and printed by Ernest Ingham at the Fanfare Press. It is printed on three sides and gatefolded so that it opens up like a set of doors. Francis Meynell is identified as the member-speaker on the Nonesuch Press.
