Poster advertises the opening of the Victoria Line on the London Underground.

It features the slogan 'cut travelling time across London'. The image is a large white pair of open scissors, with a black block shadow. Along the right arm of the scissors is the network map of the line, with stations circled in blue and red. The open arms of the scissors form the 'V' of Victoria line across the centre of the poster. Slogans are in white text with information in black text. The background colour is blue [the same blue as used to depict the line].
