Lettering shown on an industrial building, integrated to parapet’s substrate, stone raised (flat section), capital slab serif (bracketed) low contrast letterforms, reading ’CORNISH PLACE’, and on a enamelled frieze across the front, painted capital letterforms, serif (bracketed), reading ’JAMES DIXON & SONS’.
