The Bedside Diffuser is the result of a project about emotion of disgust.

Using the hypothesis that infection by a certain parasitic worm can increase the immune system, called the 'hygiene hypothesis', the bedside diffuser infects the user with parasitic worms to modulate the immune system.

This project is supported through a MEAD Scholarship awarded by University of the Arts London.
