Brown paper envelope used in the administration and management of the Inner London Education Authority (ILEA) Circulating Design Scheme.

The envelope refers to the display group Wood 4F.

The envelope contained reference photographs, record cards and any associated ephemera. The envelope and its contents were left inside the Schemes display cabinets, enabling schools taking part in the Circulating Design Scheme to inventory the exhibits.

On the front of the envelope are titles, references and instructional information written in marker pen.
