Design in black on scarlet cloth boards (on front cover and spine only): two slightly overlapping frames, one with an "architectural" base; near the top, a horizontal black band with the title and author in thick sans-serif capitals, sometimes interspersed with teardrops; from the base a plant form with thirteen stems, the two outer prone with a leaf, two erect pairs with single leaves, five rising into a reniform or "peacock's crest" form which slightly indents the title band and is sprinkle with berries; some outlined berries sprinkled near base; the imprint at the bottom between the two frames.
On the spine: a symmetrical outlined frame with a black base and small open circles at each end and the title lengthwise in thin black sans-serif capitals. Unsigned (LO/C32).
